Private by construction

It’s your bot, paired to your account. The token lives in the macOS Keychain and never passes through a model, and voice notes are transcribed on your Mac.

Step 1

Create your bot and pair it

Settings → Telegram walks you through it: create a bot, paste its token, then pair by scanning a QR code or typing the number the bot gives you. Pairing is what stops anyone who finds the bot from talking to your workspace.

Step 2

Write or talk

Text and voice notes up to 10 minutes. Each Telegram chat keeps one thread going; /new starts another and /threads lists the recent ones. After three hours of silence the next message starts fresh. What mattered is already in your notes.

Every thread shows up in the sidebar on your Mac, so you can carry on there. It answers while Glowstone is open on your Mac.

Transcribed on your Mac, filed, and the thread is there when you sit down.
A voice note on the way out, filed before you’re back.
